Design of Monitoring System of Belt Conveyor Based on RS485 and CAN Bus

摘要: 针对煤矿现有带式输送机监控系统可靠性差、常见故障定位困难等问题,设计了一种基于RS485和CAN总线的具有故障定位功能的带式输送机监控系统。根据现场运行情况,确定了系统监测量和控制量,完成了系统总体设计方案,设计了急停模块、扩音电话、下位机和终端模块,编写了故障综合判断程序,并提出了基于RS485和CAN总线的常见故障定位方法。试验结果表明:该系统具有监控功能完备、故障定位准确、通信实时可靠等特点,能够满足煤矿生产实际需要。

Abstract: Aiming at the problems of poor reliability, difficult common fault location for the existing monitoring system of belt conveyor in coal mine, a monitoring system of belt conveyor with fault location function based on RS485 and CAN bus was designed. According to the site operation situation, the monitoring quantities and the control quantities of the system were determined, the overall design scheme of the system was completed, the emergency stop module, the amplify telephone,the lower computer and the terminal module was designed, the fault comprehensive judgment procedure was compiled, and a common fault location method based on RS485 and CAN bus was presented. The test results show that the system has the characteristics of complete monitoring, accurate location and reliable communication, which can meet the needs of coal mine production.
